Exchange Policy:

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to support@canrelieve.com. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that timeframe.

Returns & Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the product received date to support@canrelieve.com. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Product must be returned to receive a refund. Once product is received a refund will be issued.

We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their CBD is gone. This will prevent shipping delays and ensures you are not out of CBD. We ship to all 50 states.
